General Policies


While we take every precaution possible to prevent dog bites, any dog escaping off leash, dangers or health hazards in the environment, etc., in agreeing to take classes, lessons, or boarding with Becky Pesicka, Dogtastic Training, and any other employee, contractor, intern, volunteer, student or other affiliate, at our location or any other, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in these dog activities and acknowledge the inherent risks involved. 


In any area of training, we are not responsible in any way for any hazard or injury that occurs to you, your dog, or any other affiliate, such as friend, child or spouse.


This includes but is not limited to foxtails injuries, injuries from stepping in a gopher hole or on uneven ground, trips or falls, dog bites, etc. 





Cancellation Policy


Training Lessons


  • 24 hour cancellation notice required for full refund. 
  • No refund is given for cancellations done less than 24 hours before the lesson. 

Classes/Workshops


  • 7 days cancellation notice required for full refund
  • Cancellations done 2-7 days before the class are charged (or refunded) 50% of the class. 
  • No refund is given for cancellations done less than 24 hours before the class or workshop. 


Boarding


  • 72 hour cancellation notice required for full refund.
  • Cancellations done less than 72 hours before the stay are charged 50% of the stay.
  • No refund is given for cancellations done less than 24 hours before the stay 



Boarding


  • Holiday Rates: Additional $10/night during holiday dates
  • Thanksgiving and Christmas rates require a 3 night minimum reservation or charge.
  • Our holiday policies help us ensure extra staffing and care for all the dogs we accommodate during the holiday season, so that your dog gets a first-class vacation and you get to spent time with friends and family.

Unless specifically stated or agreed upon, Becky Pesicka and Dogtastic Training reserve the right to use client names or pictures of clients or their dogs without liability or obligation for promotional or publicity purposes. 

In other words, we love documenting our training sessions and classes so that others can view and learn as well! Most commonly we shard pictures or video clips on Instagram, Facebook, our website, or our blog.
